About the founder

Hi, I'm Corine, founder of F.R.E.S.H. Workforce. I served as a U.S. Air Force Services Officer and have worked as a personal trainer since 2006. Across those experiences, I've worked with people who have real responsibilities, demanding routines, and very different starting points.

I care about what support looks like in someone's actual day, not just what sounds good in a plan. What can they access? What fits their schedule? What do they say they need? Working people deserve to be heard in that conversation.
